You’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment that includes your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals. From there, I’ll design a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your needs, preferences, and daily routine.

Sessions 3–6 (1 hour each): Follow-up sessions to review successes and challenges, course-correct as needed, move into the next phase when you are ready, set new intentions, and stay accountable to your goals
