The Why Behind Your Symptoms

Your gut does far more than just digest food; it influences your energy, hormones, immunity, mood, and metabolism. When digestion isn’t functioning optimally, symptoms can appear throughout the body, often in ways that may not seem connected at all.

Common digestive concerns clients seek support for include:

You’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment that includes your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals. From there, I’ll design a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your needs, preferences, and daily routine.

  • Learn About Your Body. I help you alleviate symptoms by getting to the root cause. When you heal the source of the problem, everything falls gracefully into place. First you’d get a full assessment: I check health history, fully assess the root of any health challenges, talk about current health goals, and create a health and nutrition plan customized to fit your lifestyle. I use a variety of methods for assessment: Lab testing (stool, blood, saliva), Applied Kinesiology testing, and Symptom Questionnaires.

  • You will receive expert nutrition & lifestyle recommendations, coaching, action steps. Together, we will create a plan that supports your unique needs and fits into your lifestyle. We will also have discussions and education on your individual health condition, and customize a step-by-step action plan for you. One of the best features is that you have full access to email & text coaching, support, and Q&A throughout program. You can email me with any questions at any time between sessions. For quick questions, you can text me as well.

  • Proper Nourishment Leads to Deeper Satisfaction. I help you learn which foods nourish your body back to health, and get rid of the fear and uncertainty that comes with not know which foods are right for you. You will receive an individualized list of recommended foods (which foods are medicine for you, and which foods are poisons).

  • Elimination diets can be very challenging to do and the results are often times inaccurate. My methods (using Applied Kinesiology and/or Lab Tests) allows you to bypass the elimination diet and get straight to knowing which foods feed your body best.

  • The Pleasure of Food: I offer expert guidance, not only by helping you make the right choices for YOU, but also by teaching you how to be a Mindful Eater.
